Since 1971 when Nixon passed legislation where the dollar was no longer backed by gold, the US has had 40 years of a Ponzi scheme and fiat currency, which cannot be sustained any longer. What is meant when pundits say that ‘children are resilient’? As a person who was traumatized in childhood, it never ceases to amaze me how professionals, after tragedies like school shootings, continue to say that ‘children are resilient’. Does it mean that children suppress their memories and experiences and come bouncing back to ‘normal’ life?
